Born out of a passion for tasty and delicious treats, we are looking since 2015 for likeminded professionals and skilled enthusiasts to fulfill our dream of bringing taste explosions and new creations to our guests. Wherever we can, we choose regional supplier and bio dynamic grown ingredients.
In our baked goods we are looking for balance, harmony and complexity. The same rule counts for our coffee and any other drink we offer. We truly believe that there is no shortcut to achieve quality!
We are baking and brewing since 2015 in Hildesheim and since 2019 in Berlin, Hannover and Hamburg with our sister coffee place CODOS Coffee.
